High-level performance in sport is not only about technique and physical ability. It is also about the mental state the player is in. This state directly influences tactical decision-making, precision of movement, and the overall error rate in competition. Learning to regulate states such as anger, fear, uncertainty, calmness, and determination is a key prerequisite for consistent performance. However, this ability does not develop automatically. The human brain is not naturally adapted to remain calm and relaxed in difficult moments. It must be trained, step by step.
The program is based on the MindSkills™ concept, teaching players to understand what is happening within them during performance, recognize the underlying mechanisms, and equip themselves with practical tools to manage different match situations and mental states.
