Delete Your Account

You can request the deletion of your MindX 360 account at any time.

To proceed, please send an email request to support@mindx360.eu.

Please include

• Full name
• Email address linked to the player account

What happens next

After receiving your request, we will verify that the account belongs to you. Once verified, your account will be processed for deletion.

Personal data will be deleted within 48 hours. Some data may remain only in a fully anonymized form for statistical and analytical purposes. Certain data may also be retained where required by law.
