Tomas Eichler, MSc

Tomas Eichler is a neuroscientist specializing in neurogenetics, sleep science, and the biological mechanisms of stress and behavior. He is a PhD candidate in Molecular Biology and Neuroscience at the University of Vienna, researching how genes and neural circuits influence sleep and behavior.
His research experience includes work at the Research Institute of Molecular Pathology (IMP) in Vienna, where he studied the genetic mechanisms of sleep and contributed to a scientific publication in the journal Science.
Alongside research, he works as a science communicator, consultant, and TEDx speaker, collaborating with universities, research institutes, and biotech companies.
